This is the 3rd in a series of FREE monthly talks on Wellness at http://www.angeltimes.ie. At a recent workshop I asked the participants what “Wellness” meant to them, they replied “good diet”, “weight loss”, “managing stress”. The point is Wellness can mean different things to different people and our path to wellness is not one-size-fits-all, the journey is unique and different for each individual.
In my Coaching practice, I talk about the 8 pillars of Wellness. These pillars will give you a sense of how to work toward your optimal wellness, but are by no means prescriptive.
When I work with a new client we look each pillar and rate how satisfied they are from 1-10 and this is where we start. So, why not join me for this thought provoking talk to inspire and motivate you to start making small consistent changes in your wellness.
