What others are saying about Sensitively Strong Writing:
I’ve found the writing challenge very helpful in providing me with some structure for my writing which I lacked before. I’ve had a couple of big insights from writing this week which I don’t think I would have had otherwise, so thanks for providing the space for that Donna.

I find that a lot of my unprocessed emotions or feelings come up in my dreams so instead of being upset by this, I wrote about what came up in my dreams this morning and made sense of it through my writing. I had previously found that my mood can be triggered by my dreams and can be hard to snap out of so it was good to process it through writing today.

Donna there was such a difference to the writing for me, normally it’s a rush, scribble it down, close book, done. Last night there was such a softness to me and my writing was different, it was incredible x thank you for opening this space for us x x x

The best gift my kids shared this morning was the song they wrote together as part of the writing challenge, amazing their emotions in their words, so beautiful!
